Pre-order Guidelines (預訂須知)

• Estimated Delivery: Goods are estimated to arrive in Hong Kong within 7–30 working days (subject to potential shipping and logistical delays). If a pre-ordered item is delayed due to logistics, an announcement will be posted under the "Pre-order Shipping Updates" section.
• International Transit Notice: Please note that pre-ordered items from Europe and the US involve complex international logistics; therefore, shipping schedules or flights are more susceptible to unexpected and uncontrollable factors that may cause delays.
• No Cancellation: Please consider carefully before pre-ordering. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled for any reason (any payments or deposits made are strictly non-refundable).
• Out of Stock: In the event of an out-of-stock situation, a full refund of the deposit or payment made will be issued.
• No Guarantee of Purchase: We do not guarantee successful procurement for all purchasing agency items.
• Order Abandonment: Customers who abandon their orders will be permanently blacklisted.
• Return Policy: All sales are final. Goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Separate Orders: Please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-ordered items.
• Free Shipping Exclusions: Free shipping offers do not apply to certain pre-ordered items.
• SF Express Free Shipping Combined Orders: If you wish to enjoy the SF Smart Locker free shipping promotional offer, you may combine in-stock and pre-ordered items in a single order. However, all items (both in-stock and pre-ordered) will only be shipped together once the pre-ordered items have arrived.
• Cube Store Pickup: For customers choosing cube store pickup, pre-ordered items will only be delivered to the cube store after they arrive in Hong Kong. When placing your order online, you may select any available pickup date at random. The actual pickup date will be strictly subject to our subsequent WhatsApp notification.
