General Terms (一般條款)

  • Updates and Adjustments: We may modify the products and prices on this website from time to time without prior notice. The products and prices confirmed at the time of ordering shall prevail.

  • Shipping Weight: The shipping weight used to calculate postage may be higher than the actual product weight to account for the estimated weight of packaging materials.

Order Cancellation (取消訂單)

  • Once an order confirmation is submitted, you cannot cancel the order. Customers are kindly requested to read the product descriptions carefully to ensure a full understanding of the product details and condition before purchasing.

Pre-order Items (預訂貨物)

  • Delivery Timeline: Unless specified otherwise, pre-ordered items generally take 7–30 working days to arrive in Hong Kong. (Any unexpected delays will be announced in the "Pre-order Section").

  • Out of Stock: In the event of an out-of-stock situation, a full refund of the deposit or payment made will be issued.

  • No Cancellation: Please consider carefully before pre-ordering. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled (any payments made will not be refunded).

Checkout & Payment Process (結帳及付款流程)

  • Payment Methods: You may use any of the payment methods listed on the platform.

  • FPS Discount: The FPS (Faster Payment System) payment discount is exclusively applicable to customers who place orders via the online store's self-service system.

Force Majeure (不可抗力)

  • We shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by or resulting from fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, equipment failure, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
