Shipping Policy

• Our goal is to deliver the products to your requested delivery location and by the shipping date specified at checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation). If we anticipate being unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will attempt to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from any delivery delays.
• Please note that our shipping days are weekdays only, from Monday to Friday.
• Unclaimed Orders Policy: Failure to collect your items within the specified time limit will be treated as a cancelled order (abandoned order). Paid amounts are non-refundable, and any additional return shipping or administrative fees incurred must be fully borne by the customer.
• International Shipping: We will reinforce the packaging for all items; however, we cannot fully guarantee that the products will arrive in perfect condition, as packages may potentially be damaged during transit due to various unforeseen circumstances.
