Pre-order Instructions

  • It takes 7-21 working days for the goods to arrive in Hong Kong (there may be delays due to freight problems).
  • If the product is out of stock, all the money paid will be refunded. Our store will notify customers via WhatsApp and will only refund via FPS.
  • Please consider carefully before pre-ordering. All orders cannot be canceled for any reason (any money paid will not be refunded).
  • Abandoned orders will be blacklisted.
  • Once the goods are shipped out, they will not be returned or exchanged.
