• Arrival Time: Goods are expected to arrive in Hong Kong within 7-30 business days (delays may occur due to shipping issues).

• Separate Orders: Please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-ordered items.
• Combined Orders: If you wish to enjoy free shipping (i.e. Pick up at SF Express locker), you may combine in-stock and pre-ordered items in one order. However, the Store will only ship all items (both in-stock and pre-ordered) once the pre-ordered items have arrived.
• Shipping Offers: Some pre-ordered items are not eligible for free shipping offers.
