SF Express Pickup: Pickup codes are now provided strictly via the SF Express App to prevent fraud. Please download the app after ordering.

Overdue Pickups: Unclaimed orders within the deadline will be deemed abandoned with no refunds. Customers are responsible for all extra freight and admin charges. To apply for fee waivers, please contact SF Express Customer Service directly.

Payment: This promotion is limited to FPS or Octopus payments. Orders combined with other items must also be paid entirely using FPS or Octopus.
